We Love Stories in our Palm Beach Customs Jeep Restoration Shop Florida …

Here we will share with you a Visual Story with many pictures of the Restoration of this classic CJ-7  why it was a special project and all the goodies that went into the project.

As most all of our projects, there is usually an underlying story, in this case, Brian and His dad built this jeep together when Brian was a Kid and he saved it all along knowing one day he would bring it back to life in Honor of his Dad who is no longer with us. I have a feeling he is still watching over his son and the family

as a matter of a fact I’m sure when Brian puts the gas to the 304 his dad is smiling.

Ok so we will do this post a bit different and I will go over the project with the pictures as we go….

Ps.. we will go from forwarding to Reverse 🙂

I am living in CC and bringing down my 1977 Toyota FJ 40 – it is OEM in good shape and I want to show the car so I am considering a full off the frame like the CJ that you did this year. Maybe we can talk.

John, I live in Raleigh NC and recently acquired my brother’s ’79 Jeep CJ-7. It is in rough shape. In searching the internet I came across your website with The Beast. The frame off resto is pretty much what I’m thinking about doing but have no idea about the cost. Can you share with me what the ballpark was on The Beast? Unfortunately hauling my jeep to you is just not feasible, any recommendations for a shop closer to me? Thanks for any feedback.

Brian good to here from you the beast was a $50,000 plus project that included a new tub and 100% rebuild . shipping for you would be 500$ each way ..

Beautiful and inspiring! I am awaiting new bearings and seals and then I can proceed with assembly of the many pieces and parts. I don’t own a welder, so the engine mounts and F250 towers for the front suspension may have to wait. No way am I going to be doing a $50K 100% rebuild. But with my own elbow grease and a smart collection of components should be on the road for under $7K total investment. 🙂
