We generally go with a 2.5-inch leaf spring lift and 33 in x 12.5 Tires to give you a little boost and still have decent stock handling characteristics. You will have your choices of interior colors and rims.
We really like the Tuffy lockboxes ( center consoles) that enclose and lock your stereo in case you go topless you don’t have to worry about theft or the rain, also the factory dash its very tight with the heater defroster duct jeep originally installed smaller AM/FM radios,
Its a much better choice to install inside the center console and we use the 6×9 speaker boxes that mount really nicely on the front edge of the roll bar against the rear wheel well behind the seats they even have a cool spot for a drink holder for rear passengers.
CJ-7 builds basically can be with stock or stroker 6 cyl with stock or Webber carbs or with Original 304 V8, we put a Mild Eldebrock cam, with a Performer aluminum intake and a quick fuel 650 CFM carb also upgrade to a single wire Gm distributor are you looking for a 6 cyl or V8

Clear was High Solids 4-2 urethane clear ultrafine to 3000 grit and Buffed 1.5 gallons

Cowl panel to window frame 3M2 part epoxy seam sealed ( correctly )
